North Central Railway (NCR) is recruiting 46 candidates under the Sports Quota for various disciplines, offering pay scales of ₹5,200–₹20,200 plus grade pay. Eligible candidates can apply online from January 8 to February 7, 2025.

Vacancy Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 46 vacant posts.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit (as of January 1, 2025):

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 25 years
• No age relaxation is permitted for any category.

Educational Qualification:

• Grade Pay ₹1,800: Minimum 10th pass/ITI or equivalent.
• Grade Pay ₹1,900/2,000: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.
• Grade Pay ₹2,400/2,800: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

Sports Achievements:

• Must meet the minimum sports norms based on national/international performance (e.g., representing India, securing positions in recognized championships).

Selection Process:

1. Trials:
   • Performance in trials will be assessed by the selection committee.
   • Only candidates who qualify in the trials will proceed to the next stage.
2. Assessment of Sports Achievements:
   • Evaluation based on sports certificates and performance.
3. Document Verification:
   • Verification of educational and sports qualifications.

Application Fee:

• General/OBC Candidates: ₹500 (₹400 refundable for candidates appearing in the trials).
• SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Women/PwBD/Economically Backward Classes: ₹250 (fully refundable for candidates appearing in the trials).
