Vacancy Details:

1. Superintendent

• Group: B
• Pay Level: 6
• Age Limit: 30 years (Relaxations as per Government norms)
• Vacancies: 142 (Includes SC, ST, OBC, EWS, UR, PwBD, ESM categories)

2. Junior Assistant

• Group: C
• Pay Level: 2
• Age Limit: 18-27 years (Relaxations as per Government norms)
• Vacancies: 70 (Includes SC, ST, OBC, EWS, UR, PwBD, ESM categories)

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Superintendent (Group B)

• Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, handling large databases, and internet use.
• Age Limit:
  • Maximum: 30 years (as of 31st January 2025).
  • Relaxation:
    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
    • PwBD (Unreserved): 10 years
    • PwBD (OBC): 13 years
    • PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
    • Other categories as per Government norms.
• Typing Proficiency:
  • Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on a computer (qualifying in nature).

2. Junior Assistant (Group C)

• Educational Qualification:
  • 12th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized board or university.
• Age Limit:
  • Minimum: 18 years
  • Maximum: 27 years (as of 31st January 2025).
  • Relaxation:
    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
    • PwBD (Unreserved): 10 years
    • PwBD (OBC): 13 years
    • PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
    • Other categories as per government norms.
• Typing Proficiency:
  • Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on a computer (qualifying in nature).

Additional Criteria for both posts:

• Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India.
• General Criteria:
  • Candidates must have the required qualifications as of the last date of application (31st January 2025).
  • Candidates appearing for final exams or awaiting results are not eligible.
• Reservation & Certificates:
  • Valid certificates for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD must be in the prescribed format.
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificates should be issued for the current financial year.

Selection Process:

1. Superintendent (Group B)

• Tier-1: MCQ-based Preliminary Screening Exam (OMR-based, 450 marks).
• Tier-2: Objective and Descriptive Main Exam (300 marks).
• Skill Test: Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi (Qualifying).

2. Junior Assistant (Group C)

• Tier-1: MCQ-based Preliminary Screening Exam (OMR-based, 300 marks).
• Skill Test: Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi (Qualifying).

Key Points:

• Negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer in both Tiers.
• Final selection based on merit in Tier-1 and Tier-2 (for Superintendent).
• Skill Test is qualifying and not included in the final merit list.

Application Fee:

₹800 for Unreserved/OBC/EWS (No fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Women/Departmental Candidates).

1. Mode of Application: Online only via the CBSE official website (cbse.gov.in).
2. Application Dates:
   • Start: 2nd January 2025
   • End: 31st January 2025
3. Steps to Apply:
   • Register with basic details to get login credentials.
   • Fill out the application form with personal, educational, and professional details.
   • Upload required documents (photograph, signature, certificates, etc.).
   • Pay the application fee (₹800 for General/OBC/EWS; no fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Women/Ex-Servicemen).
4. Confirmation:
   • Submit the form and generate the confirmation page.
   • Take a printout for future reference.
5. Note:
   • Ensure accurate details; corrections are not allowed post-submission.
   • Application without fee payment (if applicable) will be rejected.
