• National Defence Academy: 370
  • • Army: 208 (including 10 for female candidates)
    • Navy: 42 (including 12 for female candidates)
    • Air Force: 120 (including 6 for female candidates)
• Naval Academy (10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme): 30 (including 9 for female candidates)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Nationality:
  • Indian citizen
  • Citizen of Nepal
  • Person of Indian origin who has migrated from specified countries with the intention of permanently settling in India
• Age Limit:
  • Born between July 2, 2005, and July 1, 2008
• Educational Qualification:
  • For Army Wing of NDA: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
  • For Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy: 12th Class pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
• Marital Status: Unmarried

Application Process:

• Start Date: December 20, 2023
• End Date: January 9, 2024, till 6:00 PM
• Application Mode: Online through UPSC Online

Steps to Apply:

1. Register on the One Time Registration (OTR) platform.
2. Fill out the online application form.
3. Upload the required documents and photo ID.
4. Pay the application fee.
5. Submit the application form.

Modification in Application:

• Allowed from January 10, 2024, to January 16, 2024.

Selection Process:

1. Written Examination:
   • Mathematics: 300 marks
   • General Ability Test: 600 marks
2. SSB Interview:
   • Intelligence and Personality Test: 900 marks
