Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:- Second-class graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce with Economics or Mathematics as one of the subjects, along with a Diploma in Computer Application.
OR - Second-class graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce with a Postgraduate Diploma in Banking Management or a Higher Diploma in Cooperative Management.
- Second-class graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce with Economics or Mathematics as one of the subjects, along with a Diploma in Computer Application.
- Age Limit (as of January 1, 2025):
- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 32 years for General category
Age Relaxation:- SC/ST/SEBC: 5 years (Maximum: 37 years)
- PwD/Ex-Servicemen: 10 years (Maximum: 42 years)
- Additional Requirements:
- Must possess basic computer skills.
- Should ensure all educational and residency documents are ready for verification.
Selection Process:
- Online Examination:
- The selection process starts with an online written test at designated centers.
- The test consists of four sections:
- Reasoning and Computer Aptitude (50 questions, 50 marks, 35 minutes)
- Quantitative Aptitude (50 questions, 50 marks, 35 minutes)
- General and Financial Awareness (50 questions, 50 marks, 30 minutes)
- English Language (50 questions, 50 marks, 35 minutes)
- Total marks for the exam are 200, and the total duration is 135 minutes.
- The question paper will be in English, and there will be negative marking for wrong answers.
- Cutoffs will be applied at both the individual test and total score levels.
- Document Verification:
- Candidates who clear the online test will be invited for document verification.
- The following original documents must be presented:
- Educational certificates and mark sheets.
- Proof of age (10th certificate or birth certificate).
- Residential certificate.
- Caste certificate for SC/ST/SEBC candidates.
- Disability certificate for PwD candidates (if applicable).
- No Objection Certificate for candidates employed in government or PSUs.
- Character certificate from gazetted officers or designated authorities.
- Final Selection:
- Final selection is based on the candidate’s performance in the online examination and successful verification of all required documents.

How to Apply:
Step 1: Access the Online Application Portal

IBPS Online Portal. - Click on the “Apply Online” link for Junior Accounts Assistant recruitment.
Step 2: Register on the Portal
- Click on “New Registration”.
- Enter your Name, Contact Details, and Email ID.
- A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated and displayed on the screen.
- Save these details for future use.
- You will also receive an email and SMS with the registration details.
Step 3: Fill Out the Application Form
- Log in using your Provisional Registration Number and Password.
- Enter your personal details, educational qualifications, and contact information.
- Validate the details using the “Save and Next” option.
Step 4: Upload Documents
- Upload scanned copies of the following as per the given specifications:
- Photograph: 4.5cm x 3.5cm (20-50 KB, JPG/JPEG format).
- Signature: Black ink on white paper (10-20 KB, JPG/JPEG format).
- Left Thumb Impression: Black/blue ink on white paper (20-50 KB, JPG/JPEG format).
- Handwritten Declaration: Text written in English (50-100 KB, JPG/JPEG format).
