Desirable Skills:

• Candidates with knowledge in multiple areas will be preferred, including:
• DPR (Detailed Project Report) Preparation
• Traffic Surveys and Analysis
• TDR (Transfer of Development Rights)
• DCR (Development Control Regulations) for Density & Land Use Management
• Project Financing
