Sikkim PSC is recruiting 22 Under Secretaries (Junior Grade) with a pay scale under Level-15. Eligible candidates can apply online by March 31, 2025.

  • PwBD Reservation: 1 post for Autism, Intellectual Disability, Specific Learning Disability, or Mental Illness.

Pay Scale:

• Level-15 of the Pay Matrix under the Sikkim State Civil Service Rules.
• During probation/training, pay will be governed as per Notification No. 489/GEN/DOP dated October 31, 2011.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.

Age Limit (as of November 30, 2024):

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years

Other Requirements:

1. Sikkim Subject Certificate (SSC) or Certificate of Identification (COI).
2. Valid Local Employment Card issued by the Government of Sikkim.
3. No Objection Certificate (for employed candidates).
4. Marital Status Certificate for female candidates.

Selection Process:

1. Written Examination:
   • Detailed syllabus and pattern to be announced on the SPSC website.
2. Document Scrutiny:
   • Shortlisted candidates must submit attested copies of all relevant documents.

Application Fee:

• Amount: ₹500
• Payment Mode: Online through Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card (Visa/MasterCard).
• Fee once paid is non-refundable.
