RPSC Assistant Professor (Medical) Recruitment 2024-25

Vacancy Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 329 vacant posts for the following categories:

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. Essential Qualifications:
   • Postgraduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) in the relevant subject from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI)/National Medical Commission (NMC).
   • Candidates with equivalent qualifications as per NMC guidelines are also eligible.
2. Teaching/Research Experience:
   • Minimum 1 year of teaching experience as Senior Resident/Tutor/Demonstrator in the relevant subject.
3. Language Proficiency:
   • Knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and awareness of Rajasthani culture.

Age Limit:

• Maximum Age: 37 years
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST/OBC/EWS Male (Rajasthan): 5 years
  • SC/ST/OBC/EWS Female (Rajasthan): 10 years

Selection Process:

1. Screening Test/Written Examination:
   • Objective-type test with sections on:
     • Subject-specific questions
     • General Knowledge of Rajasthan
2. Interview:
   • Shortlisted candidates will appear for a personal interview to evaluate their academic achievements, teaching aptitude, and suitability for the role.
3. Merit List:
   • Based on the combined performance in the written examination and interview.

Application Fee:

• General/EWS/OBC (Creamy Layer): ₹600
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/MBC: ₹400
• SC/ST/PwD: ₹400
• Payment can be made through online modes like debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI.

2. Fill Application Form:
   • Log in using your credentials and select the Assistant Professor Recruitment 2024-25 (Medical Education) link.

3. Upload Documents:
   • Scanned copies of:
     • Passport-sized photograph and signature
     • Educational certificates (MBBS, MD/MS/DNB, etc.)
     • Teaching experience certificate
     • Proof of age and category (if applicable)
4. Fee Payment:
   • Pay the application fee online and retain the receipt for reference.
5. Final Submission:
   • Verify all the details and submit the application form. Take a printout for future reference.
