Rail India Technical and Economic Service (RITES) Recruitment 2025 for 24 posts of Senior Technical Assistant. Candidates with Diploma Can Apply Online. The online application opens on 06-03-2025, and closes on 19-03-2025. The candidate shall apply online through RITES website, rites.com.

Online applications are invited for a total of 24 vacant posts under the following category:

RITES Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Full-Time Diploma in Civil Engineering from an institution recognized by AICTE/BTE or a University incorporated by an Act of Central/State Legislature in India.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in either of the following:
  • PSC Sleeper Plant (Production, Material Testing & Inspection, Field Quality Inspection, Quality Assurance, Quality Control), OR
  • Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) Construction Works.

Minimum Marks Requirement:

• General/EWS candidates (including SC/ST/OBC/PWD applying against UR posts) must have at least 50% marks in their Diploma.
• SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD candidates applying for reserved posts must have at least 45% marks in their Diploma.

Age Limit:

• Maximum Age: 40 years (as of 19.03.2025).
• Age relaxations are applicable as per government norms for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD candidates.

RITES Recruitment 2025 Selection Process:

The selection process consists of the following stages:

1. Written Test

• Total Questions: 125 (Objective type)
• Total Marks: 125 (1 mark per question)
• Duration: 2.5 hours
• Negative Marking: No negative marking
• Qualifying Marks:
  • General/EWS: 50%
  • SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD (Reserved Posts): 45%
• Weightage: 100% (No interview, selection based on written test performance)
• Extra Time for PwBD Candidates: Additional 50 minutes

2. Document Scrutiny

• Candidates who qualify the written test will be called for document verification.
• They must provide original and self-attested copies of their educational, experience, and category certificates.
• Only candidates who clear document verification will be included in the merit list.

3. Medical Examination

• Shortlisted candidates must pass the RITES medical examination as per the company’s health standards.

Final Selection & Merit List

• Candidates will be selected strictly based on merit from the written test.
• The merit list will include only those who meet the minimum qualifying marks and clear the document verification process.

Exam Centers for Written Test

Candidates can choose two preferred cities for the exam. The final allotment will be decided by RITES Ltd.
