RITES Ltd., a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, is a premier multi-disciplinary consultancy organization in the fields of transport, infrastructure, and related technologies. We are seeking dynamic and hardworking professionals to join our team for various project sites in Assam.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

2. Experience:

• For Master’s Degree Holders: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• For Bachelor’s Degree Holders: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• For Diploma Holders: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

3. Age Limit:

• Maximum 40 years as of December 6, 2024.

Important Instruction:

• Nature of Engagement: Contract basis, initially for one year (extendable based on performance).
• Location: Various project sites across India, particularly in Assam.
• Compensation:
  • Master’s Degree/Degree Holders: Monthly Gross Pay up to ₹46,417; Yearly CTC ₹5,57,008.
  • Diploma Holders: Monthly Gross Pay up to ₹37,667; Yearly CTC ₹4,52,007.

• Interview Venues:
  1. RITES Ltd., Sector 29, Gurgaon, Haryana.
  2. RITES Ltd., NEDFI House, Ganeshguri, Guwahati, Assam.
  3. RITES OJAS Bhawan, New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal.

Candidates will be evaluated based on:

• Technical & Professional Proficiency: 65%
• Personality, Communication & Competency: 35%

Minimum qualifying marks for the interview are 60% for UR/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD.
