NHM UP invites applications for multiple positions in the State Programme Management Unit (SPMU) for both on-deputation and open-market appointments.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualifications:

• General Manager (Open Market):
  • Full-time MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM in HR/Material/Production/Operations Management (optional: Supply Chain Management)
  • OR Master’s in Health/Hospital Administration (MHA)/MCA/BE/B.Tech in CS/IT.
  • OR MBBS/BDS with a 2-year Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Management/Administration.
• Deputy General Manager (Open Market):
  • Full-time LLM, MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM in relevant fields, MCA, BE/B.Tech (CS/IT), MPH, MSW, MBBS, or BDS with 2-year PG Diploma in Hospital Administration.
• Chief Engineer:
  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred: M.Tech/MBA).
• Executive Engineer:
  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred: M.Tech/MBA).
• Senior Manager-Finance:
  • Chartered Accountant with 10 years of experience in World Bank Projects or Centrally Sponsored Schemes.

2. Experience:

• General Manager (Open Market): 11 years of post-qualification experience in Public Health/Healthcare Management.
• Deputy General Manager (Open Market): 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Chief Engineer: 17 years of experience in Government Sector.
• Executive Engineer: 11 years of experience in Government Sector.
• Senior Manager-Finance: 10 years of relevant experience.

3. Age Relaxation:

• 5 years for OBC-NCL/SC.
• 15 years for PwD candidates.
• Additional relaxation for ex-servicemen as per UP Government rules.

Selection Process:

1. Evaluation:
   • Maximum Marks: 100 (Interview: 85, COVID Experience: 15).
   • Candidates must meet minimum qualifying marks:
     • UR: 33 marks
     • OBC-NCL: 30 marks
     • SC/PwD: 24 marks
2. COVID Experience Weightage:
   • 6 months: 5 marks
   • 1 year: 10 marks
   • 1.5 years: 15 marks
3. Interview and Document Verification Process (DVP):
   • Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview and DVP.
