We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join us in a senior leadership role as Executive Director (Information & Technology).

Compensation:

• Pay Scale: ₹149,820–6595–288,315.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

• A B.E. or B.Tech. in Computer Science/Information Technology OR
• Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering from a recognized university or institute.

Experience:

• 20 years of post-qualification experience in the IT field.
• 3 years at a senior position equivalent to Chief General Manager (IT) or Head of Department in:
  • Central/State Government Departments
  • Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)
  • Autonomous Bodies or private organizations with an annual turnover exceeding ₹500 crores.

Age Limit

• General Candidates: Maximum 52 years as of January 8, 2025.
• MSEDCL Employees: Maximum 57 years.

Selection Process:

1. Shortlisting: Applications will be screened based on eligibility, experience, and qualifications.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview in Mumbai (tentatively February 2025).
3. Merit List: The final selection will be based on interview performance, domain expertise, leadership qualities, and suitability for the role.
4. Candidates scoring below 15 marks out of 50 in the interview will not qualify for selection.
