Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. Essential:
   • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
   • Certification in MS-CIT or an equivalent computer course.
2. Desirable:
   • Postgraduate degree or professional certifications like JAIIB, CAIIB, or GDC&A.
   • Diploma in Banking, Co-operative Management, or Legal Studies from recognized institutions such as ICM, IIBF, or VAMNICOM.

Experience:

• Prior experience in banking, financial institutions, or co-operative societies is preferred but not mandatory.

Language Proficiency:

• Must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 22 years
• Maximum Age: 35 years

Selection Process:

1. Written Examination:
   • Objective-type test covering the following areas:
     • General Knowledge
     • Banking and Financial Awareness
     • Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude
     • English and Marathi Language Skills
2. Document Verification:
   • Shortlisted candidates will be required to present original documents for verification.
3. Final Selection:
   • Based on performance in the written exam and document verification.
