Eligibility Criteria:

• Vice President (Production/Operations):
  • Age Limit: 53 years
  • Educational Qualification: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Chemical/Chemical Technology with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Experience: Minimum 25 years in operations and maintenance of large-capacity ammonia/urea complex, petrochemical plants, or petroleum refineries. Experience as Head of Plant/Operations/Technical Services/Maintenance is required.
• Engineer (Chemical-Ammonia):
  • Age Limit: 30 years
  • Educational Qualification: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Chemical/Chemical Technology with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in ammonia plant operations, DCS, ESD system, and troubleshooting in continuous process plants.
• Senior Engineer (Chemical-Ammonia):
  • Age Limit: 32 years
  • Educational Qualification: Same as Engineer (Chemical – Ammonia).
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in similar roles.
• Engineer (Chemical-Urea):
  • Age Limit: 30 years
  • Educational Qualification: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Chemical/Chemical Technology with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in urea plant operations, DCS, ESD system, and troubleshooting in continuous process plants.
• Senior Engineer (Chemical-Urea):
  • Age Limit: 32 years
  • Educational Qualification: Same as Engineer (Chemical – Urea).
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in similar roles.
• Engineer (Chemical-O&U):
  • Age Limit: 30 years
  • Educational Qualification: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Chemical/Chemical Technology with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in offsite and utilities operations in fertilizer, petrochemical, or power plants. Familiarity with DCS and ESD systems is required.
• Senior Engineer (Chemical-O&U):
  • Age Limit: 32 years
  • Educational Qualification: Same as Engineer (Chemical – O&U).
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in similar roles.
• Engineer (Mechanical):
  • Age Limit: 30 years
  • Educational Qualification: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating machines, static equipment, and piping networks in fertilizer, petrochemical, or power plants.
• Senior Engineer (Mechanical):
  • Age Limit: 32 years
  • Educational Qualification: Same as Engineer (Mechanical).
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in similar roles.
• Engineer (Instrumentation):
  • Age Limit: 30 years
  • Educational Qualification: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Control/Electronics & Instrumentation with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in process control instrumentation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of DCS/ESD/FGS systems.
• Senior Engineer (Instrumentation):
  • Age Limit: 32 years
  • Educational Qualification: Same as Engineer (Instrumentation).
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in similar roles.
• Manager (Finance):
  • Age Limit: 40 years
  • Educational Qualification: CA/CMA or Two-year full-time MBA (Finance) with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years in finance functions, preferably in SAP/ERP environments.
• Deputy Manager (Finance):
  • Age Limit: 37 years
  • Educational Qualification: Same as Manager (Finance).
  • Experience: Minimum 9 years in similar roles.
• Assistant Manager (Finance):
  • Age Limit: 35 years
  • Educational Qualification: Same as Manager (Finance).
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in similar roles.
• Officer (Finance):
  • Age Limit: 30 years
  • Educational Qualification: Same as Manager (Finance).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles.

Selection Process:

1. Shortlisting:
   • Based on educational qualifications and experience.
2. Interviews/Tests:
   • For shortlisted candidates (may include written tests, GD, or interviews).
