• Pay Scale: Rs.18000-56900/-

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

• Minimum 10th Pass from a recognized school/board.
• Must possess a valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving License issued by a competent authority.
• Preference will be given to candidates with heavy vehicle driving experience.
• Must be an indigenous inhabitant of State of Nagaland belonging to specified tribes.

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 32 years

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• Government Employee: 5 years

Selection Process:

The selection process consists of:

1. Written Test (Objective Type-40 Marks)
   • Topics Covered:
     • Traffic Rules & Regulations
     • Road Signs & Symbols
     • Basic Vehicle Maintenance
     • General Awareness
2. Driving Skill Test (40 Marks)
   • Driving Test to check practical driving skills and knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
   • Candidates must pass the driving test to proceed to the next stage.
3. Viva-Voce/Interview (20 Marks)
   • Candidates shortlisted from the written test will appear for an interview to assess their suitability for the post.
4. Final Merit List
   • Selection will be based on performance in the driving test, written exam, and interview.

• SC/ST Candidates: ₹250
