The EDCIL (India) Limited, a Mini Ratna Category-I CPSE under the Ministry of Education is recruiting for 02 Posts of General Manager (Projects – IT Enabled Services Project Implementation) and General Manager (Projects – IT Enabled Business Development). Both the positions carry attractive salary packages and are tenure-based, with an initial contract of 3 years.

Eligibility Criteria:

General Manager (Projects – Business Development)

Educational Qualification:

  • Essential: MBA/PGDM (2 years, full-time) with Graduation in B.Tech/B.E./Master’s in Social Sciences
    OR
    Master’s in Science or Technology.
  • Desirable: Ph.D. or PG Degree in Statistics with analytical software/programming expertise.

Experience:

  • Minimum 16 years of post-qualification experience in:
    • Planning, client advisory, and corporate strategy roles.
    • Execution of development sector projects, including education and related areas.
    • Implementation of national mission mode projects in education, IT/ICT, and STEM.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in applying digital technology solutions at the national level.
  • Experience in business development, contracts management, and policy implementation.

Age Limit:
Not above 44 years as of December 31, 2024.

Optional Experience:

  • Experience in IDA Pay Scale Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000 or CTC of Rs. 24 Lakhs annually in the last 2 years.

Educational Qualification:

Selection Process:

  • Shortlisting of Applications:
    • Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications, experience, and other eligibility criteria as declared in the online application.

  • Screening:
