Vacancy & Pay Scale:

Applications are invited for a total of 17 vacant posts under the following categories:

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA):

• Educational Qualification:
  • Passed 10+2/XII or equivalent from a recognized board.
• Desirable Skills:
  • Proficiency in computer typing:
    • English Typing Speed: 35 w.p.m.
    • Hindi Typing Speed: 30 w.p.m.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

2. Junior Stenographer:

• Educational Qualification:
  • Passed 10+2/XII or equivalent from a recognized board.
• Skill Requirements:
  • English Shorthand Speed: 80 w.p.m.
  • Computer Typing Speed: 40 w.p.m.
  • Proficiency in transcription and secretarial tasks.

Age Limit (as of the application closing date):

• Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): Maximum 28 years
• Junior Stenographer: Maximum 27 years
• Age Relaxation:
  • OBC: 3 years
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • PwD: 10 years

Selection Process:

1. Written Examination:
   • Objective-type test covering:
     • General Knowledge
     • English Language Skills
     • Quantitative Aptitude
     • Reasoning Ability
2. Skill Test:
   • For JSA: Typing test on a computer.
   • For Stenographer: Shorthand and typing speed test.
3. Document Verification:
   • Shortlisted candidates must produce original certificates for verification.
4. Final Merit List:
   • Based on performance in the written exam and skill test.

Application Fee:

• General/OBC/EWS Candidates: ₹500
• SC/ST/PwD/Women/CSIR Employees: Exempted
• Payment can be made through online mode only.

2. Registration:
   • Complete the one-time registration process using your email and phone number.
3. Fill Application Form:
   • Provide personal details, educational qualifications, and other required information.
4. Upload Documents:
   • Scanned copies of:
     • Photograph and signature
     • Educational certificates
     • Caste/category certificate (if applicable)
     • Experience certificates (if applicable)
5. Fee Payment:
   • Pay the application fee online and retain the receipt for reference.
6. Submit Application:
   • Verify details and submit the application. Save a copy of the confirmation page for future reference.
7. Send the computer-generated application form with all attached documents through speed/registered post only superscribed as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF…..” to the address:
