Applications are invited for a total of 16 vacant posts under the following categories:

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Headmistress (Female):

• Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate with a Nursery Training Diploma from a recognized institution (First preference).
  • JBT/Trained Graduates/Post Graduates (Second preference).
• Age Limit: 25–45 years.
• Honorarium: ₹15,000 per month.

2. Teacher (Female):

• Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate with a Nursery Training Diploma from a recognized institution (First preference).
  • JBT/Trained Graduates/Post Graduates (Second preference).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary or primary school.
• Age Limit: 21–40 years.
• Honorarium: ₹12,000 per month.

3. Ayah (Female):

• Educational Qualification:
  • Must have passed Class V.
  • Preference will be given to experienced Ayahs.
• Age Limit: 18–45 years.
• Honorarium: ₹10,000 per month.

Selection Process:

The selection process for the Headmistress, Teachers, and Ayahs positions is straightforward and will be conducted through a Walk-in Interview.

2. Evaluation Criteria:

• Qualifications: Candidates will be assessed based on their educational background and additional certifications.
• Experience: Relevant experience (especially for Teachers and Ayahs) will be given due weightage.
• Interview Performance: The panel will evaluate candidates’ communication skills, suitability for the role, and demeanor.

3. Document Verification:

Candidates must bring the following:

• Original documents and photocopies of:
  • Educational certificates and mark sheets.
  • Proof of age (e.g., birth certificate, school leaving certificate).
  • Relevant experience certificates (if applicable).
• Passport-sized photographs (3 copies).
