SIDBI Consultant Credit Analyst Recruitment 2025

Vacancy & Pay Scale:

Applications are invited for a total of 20 vacant posts.

• Contract Tenure:
  • Initial: 3 years
  • Extendable: Up to 2 additional years based on performance and Bank’s discretion.

Remuneration:

• • • Mumbai/New Delhi: ₹12.00 lakh per annum (indicative CTC).
    • Other locations: ₹10.00 lakh per annum (indicative CTC).
    • Includes a performance-linked variable component (10% of CTC).

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Graduation from a UGC/AICTE recognized institution.
• The CA Final exam must have been cleared in no more than two attempts.

Experience:

• No prior experience required; suitable for newly qualified professionals.

Age Limit:

• Maximum: 28 years as on December 31, 2024.
• Relaxation:
  • SC/ST/PwBD: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years

Selection Process:

1. Shortlisting: Based on eligibility and registration through CMI&B.
2. Psychometric/Other Tests: To evaluate personality, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
3. Personal Interview:
   • Locations: Mumbai and New Delhi.
   • Scores from the interview will determine final selection.
4. Merit List:
   • Candidates ranked by interview scores.
   • Tiebreaker: Older candidates given preference.
5. Wait List: SIDBI reserves the right to create a wait list for future requirements.
