Pay Scale and Benefits:

  • Remuneration: Based on qualifications, experience, and market benchmarks.
  • Allowances:
    • Mobile reimbursement: ₹500/month
    • Newspaper reimbursement: ₹425/month
    • Petrol allowance: 25 liters/month
  • Contract Period: 36 months, extendable annually based on performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Database SQL Developer

  • Educational Qualification:
    • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE/EEE
    • OR MCA/M.Sc. (IT)
    • OR equivalent qualification with at least 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years in SQL development and database management.
    • Hands-on experience in managing large-scale databases and query optimization.

2. Software Tester (Loan Management)

  • Educational Qualification:
    • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE/EEE
    • OR MCA/M.Sc. (IT).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years in software testing.
    • Familiarity with Loan Management Systems (LMS) is mandatory.

3. Product Implementation (LMS)

  • Educational Qualification:
    • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE/EEE
    • OR MCA/M.Sc. (IT).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years in product implementation.
    • Expertise in deploying and customizing LMS solutions.

4. IT Lead (UPI/BBPS/NPCI Products)

  • Educational Qualification:
    • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE/EEE
    • OR MCA/M.Sc. (IT).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 6 years in IT project management with specific experience in UPI, BBPS, or NPCI products.

5. IT Lead–Card Products

  • Educational Qualification:
    • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE/EEE
    • OR MCA/M.Sc. (IT).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 6 years in managing card-based products and services.
    • Knowledge of payment gateways and related security protocols.

6. IT Lead–Reconciliation

  • Educational Qualification:
    • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE/EEE
    • OR MCA/M.Sc. (IT).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 6 years in reconciliation processes within banking/financial services.

7. Frontend Developer (UPI/BBPS)

  • Educational Qualification:
    • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE/EEE
    • OR MCA/M.Sc. (IT).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years in frontend development using modern frameworks like React.js, Angular, etc.

8. Backend Developer (UPI/BBPS)

  • Educational Qualification:
    • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE/EEE
    • OR MCA/M.Sc. (IT).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years in backend development using languages like Java, Python, Node.js, etc.

9. Junior Developer (UPI/BBPS)

  • Educational Qualification:
    • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE/EEE
    • OR MCA/M.Sc. (IT).
  • Experience:
    • Up to 1 year in software development.

10. Support Executive (L2)

  • Educational Qualification:
    • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE/EEE
    • OR MCA/M.Sc. (IT).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years in technical support, particularly in financial IT systems.

11. Support Executive (L1)

  • Educational Qualification:
    • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE/EEE
    • OR MCA/M.Sc. (IT).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 1 year in customer support for IT products.

12. Software Tester (UPI/BBPS)

  • Educational Qualification:
    • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE/EEE
    • OR MCA/M.Sc. (IT).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years in software testing for UPI/BBPS systems.

Age Limit (as of November 30, 2024):

  • Minimum: 23 years
  • Maximum: 40 years (varies by role).

Selection Process:
