Eligibility Criteria:
1. Educational Qualification:
- Mandatory:
- A University Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Preferred:
- A Law Degree will be given preference.
- Typing and Computer Proficiency:
- Must have passed:
- Government Commercial Certificate Examination or equivalent GCC-TBC (English Typing) with a speed of 40 w.p.m.
- Proficiency Certificate in operating computers, including MS Office, Word Processing in Windows/Linux, and other relevant software from recognized institutions like:
- NIC, APTECH, NIIT, C-DAC, or equivalent.
- Certification recognized under Maharashtra Government resolutions.

- General Category (Open): 18 to 38 years (as of the publication date of the advertisement).
- Reserved Categories (SC/ST/OBC/SBC): 18 to 43 years.
- High Court/Government Employees: Minimum 18 years with no upper age limit.
3. Language Proficiency:
- Adequate knowledge of the Marathi language.
Selection Process:
The selection process includes three stages:
- Screening Test:
- Objective-type test with multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
- Total marks: 90, with a minimum passing score of 45.
- Subjects: Marathi, English, General Knowledge, Arithmetic, General Intelligence, and Computer-related questions.
- Typing Test:
- Conducted on a computer, involving typing a 400-word English passage.
- Total marks: 20, with a minimum passing score of 10.
- Viva-Voce (Interview):
- Assessment of communication skills, demeanor, and subject knowledge.
- Total marks: 40, with a minimum passing score of 16.
Final Selection:
- Candidates are shortlisted based on their combined scores in all three stages.
- In case of a tie, preference is given to higher marks in Viva-Voce, older candidates, or alphabetical order of names.
