The Bank of India, Solapur Zonal Office is recruiting for 02 Posts of Faculty and Watchman cum Gardener at RSETI, Solapur. Candidates for the faculty post should be between 22 and 40 years of age and have a bachelor’s degree (preferably MSW/MA in the relevant field) with a monthly salary of ₹30,000. Candidates for the post of Guard cum Gardener should also be between 22 and 40 years of age.

Eligibility Criteria:
Faculty Post
- Age Limit: 22 to 40 years.
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Preference for candidates with:
- Master of Social Work (MSW)
- Master of Arts (MA) in Rural Development, Sociology, or Psychology.
- Salary: ₹30,000 per month with an annual performance incentive of ₹2,000 (based on satisfactory performance).
Watchman cum Gardener Post
- Age Limit: 22 to 40 years.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 7th grade pass.
- Salary: ₹12,000 per month with an annual performance incentive of ₹800 (based on satisfactory performance).
For both positions:
- Posts are contractual for three years.
- Selection for Faculty includes:
- Written Test
- Personal Interview
- Demonstration/Presentation
- Selection for Watchman cum Gardener includes:
- Personal Interview only.
Selection Process:
- Written Test:
- Candidates will first need to clear a written examination.
- Personal Interview:
- Shortlisted candidates from the written test will proceed to the interview round.
- Demonstration/Presentation:
- Candidates will be evaluated based on a demonstration or presentation of their teaching skills.
Watchman cum Gardener Post:
- Personal Interview:
- Selection will be based solely on performance in a personal interview.
Candidates will be informed of the selection results after completing the respective processes. Performance in all the rounds will determine the final selection.
