Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit:

  • Maximum Age: 55 years (as of the closing date of application).

Educational Qualifications:

  1. Essential Qualification:
    • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
  2. Desirable Qualification:
    • Knowledge of JICA Standard Bidding Document (SBD) and FIDIC conditions of the contract.

Experience Requirements:

  1. Essential Experience:
    • IRSEE officer in Level-10/11 (7th CPC) with a Grade Pay of ₹5400/₹6600 (pre-revised).
    • At least 10 years of Group-A service.
    • Minimum 3 years of construction experience in OHE (Overhead Electrification), power supply-related works, or 4 years of experience in railway traction distribution systems.
  2. Desirable Experience:
    • Expertise in managing large-scale electrical projects related to railways or similar sectors.

  2. Selected officers may be posted anywhere within the project jurisdiction, based on administrative requirements.
  3. The decision of NHSRCL management regarding selection shall be final and binding.
  4. No TA/DA will be paid for attending interviews.
