  • Sweeper: 20
  • Barber: 10
  • Cook: 17
  • Water Carrier: 26
  • Pay Scale: Level-1 (₹18,000 – ₹56,900 per month)

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

• Sweeper, Barber, Cook, Water Carrier:
  • Passed Class 10 or equivalent from a recognized board.
  • ITI certification is preferred for certain posts.

Age Limit (as of January 25, 2025):

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 35 years
  • Age relaxation:
    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • Ex-Servicemen: As per government rules

Domicile

• Candidates applying for posts in Tirap, Changlang, and Longding districts must be permanent residents of the respective districts with valid Scheduled Tribe Certificate (STC) and Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC).

Application Fee:

• APST Candidates: ₹150
• General Candidates: ₹200
• Payment must be made online through the official APSSB portal.

Selection Process:

1. Written Examination:
   • Total Marks: 200
   • Duration: 2 hours
   • Subjects:
     • General Awareness: 50 marks
     • General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability: 50 marks
     • Arithmetical & Numerical Ability: 50 marks
     • Test of English Language: 50 marks
   • Minimum Qualifying Marks: 33% in each subject.
2. Document Verification:
   • Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents for verification.

3. Fill out the application form with personal, educational, and professional details.
4. Upload scanned copies of:
   • Passport-sized photograph
   • Signature
   • Educational certificates
   • Caste/PRC certificates (if applicable).
5. Pay the application fee online.
6. Submit the application and take a printout for future reference.

General Instructions:

• Candidates must bring a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.) and admit card to the examination center.
• Admit cards will be available on the official website.
• No request for changes in the examination center or post preference will be entertained after submission.
