AIIMS Delhi Junior Resident Recruitment 2025

Vacancy Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 220 vacant posts in the following departments:

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• MBBS/BDS degree recognized by MCI/DCI.
• Candidates must have completed their internship between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2024.

Age Limit:

• No specific age limit mentioned, but eligibility depends on internship completion within the specified period.

Other Requirements:

• Registration with the Delhi Medical Council (DMC)/Delhi Dental Council (DDC) is mandatory before joining.
• Candidates with three prior terms of Junior Residency are not eligible.

Pay Scale:

• Level-10 Pay Matrix: ₹56,100 per month + usual allowances (Pre-revised ₹15,600 + ₹5,400 Grade Pay).

Application Fee:

• Security Deposit: ₹25,000
  • To be paid via electronic fund transfer during the application process.
  • Refundable after counseling and verification for candidates not selected or who withdraw within the allowed period.

Selection Process:

1. Merit-Based Counseling:
   • Preference given to AIIMS New Delhi MBBS graduates (based on aggregate marks in professional exams).
   • Non-AIIMS candidates ranked as per INI-CET January 2025 performance or MBBS/BDS marks.
2. Counseling Procedure:
   • Conducted online based on the merit list.
   • Candidates will choose available posts as per merit and preference.
3. Waitlist and Allotment:
   • Unfilled posts will be offered to waitlisted candidates.
   • Walk-in interviews may be conducted if posts remain vacant.

How to Apply:

1. Visit the AIIMS Exam Portal: www.aiimsexams.ac.in.
2. Complete the online registration and fill out the application form.
3. Pay the security deposit via electronic transfer.
4. Upload necessary documents, including:
   • MBBS/BDS degree and mark sheets
   • Internship completion certificate
   • Valid caste/EWS/PwBD certificate (if applicable).

Important Notes:

1. Candidates must ensure all eligibility criteria are met before applying.
2. No hard copy submissions will be accepted.
3. Counseling updates will be available on the official AIIMS website; no separate intimation will be sent.
4. Resignation before three months of Junior Residency results in forfeiture of experience certificates and the current month’s salary.
5. Maximum leave permitted: 2.5 days per month (subject to HOD approval).
