Assam Gas Company Ltd. (AGCL) is hiring experienced professionals for the positions of Officer (Finance & Accounts) and Company Secretary. These roles offer competitive pay and growth opportunities in a premier natural gas distribution company.

Applications are invited for a total of 07 vacant posts.

Salary Details:

The salary details for the advertised positions are as follows:

• Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,10,000 (PB-IV)
• Grade Pay: ₹13,900

This applies to both the Officer (Finance & Accounts) and Company Secretary positions, with the final pay depending on experience and the company’s prevailing policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

Position 1: Officer (Finance & Accounts)

• Essential Qualification:
  • CA from ICAI or CMA from ICWA
  • OR B.Com (Major in Accountancy) with 60% marks and MBA/PGDM (Finance) with 65% marks
• Experience Required:
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts in an executive role in a reputed PSU or private organization.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in financial accounting, budgetary control, costing, corporate tax, statutory payments, and finalization of accounts.
• Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as of 01/01/2025

Position 2: Company Secretary

• Essential Qualification:
  • Graduate with 60% marks and Associate/Fellow Member of ICSI
  • Additional preference for candidates with LLB/LLM qualifications.
• Experience Required:
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in an executive position in a reputed PSU or private organization.
  • Candidates with 5–10 years of relevant experience may be considered for higher grades (E2/E3).
• Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as of 01/01/2025
