The Assam Co-operative Apex Bank Ltd. (ACAB) is recruiting General Managers and Deputy General Managers with salaries up to ₹96,770/month. Eligible candidates can apply offline by January 31, 2025.

Applications are invited for a total of 7 vacant posts.

Eligibility Criteria:

General Manager (Officer Grade-B)

• Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen.
• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience:
  • At least 6 years of work experience at a middle/senior level in the banking sector.
  • Must possess strategic thinking, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Specialized knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
    • Accounts, Finance, Taxation, and GST.
    • Loans & Advances, including Agriculture, Rural, and Co-operative Credit.
    • Recovery & Collection, including legal aspects.
    • Administration & HR.
    • Compliance, Risk Management, and Inspection.

Deputy General Manager (Officer Grade-C)

• Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen.
• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience:
  • At least 5 years of work experience at a middle/senior level in the banking sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Specialized knowledge in areas similar to the General Manager role.

Terms of Appointment:

• Initial appointment will be on probation for 6 months, extendable at the bank’s discretion.
• Posting will be at the bank’s Head Office in Guwahati.

Selection Process:

1. Shortlisting:
   • Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience.
2. Personal Interview (PI):
   • Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
3. Final Selection:
   • Based on performance in the interview.
