Applications are invited for a total of 05 vacant posts under the following categories:

1. Assistant General Manager (Design)

• Grade: E5
• Vacancy: 1 (UR)
• Pay Scale: ₹80,000–₹2,20,000 + allowances (₹1,53,360/month approx.).

2. Manager (Machinery)

• Grade: E3
• Vacancy: 1 (SC – backlog vacancy)
• Pay Scale: ₹60,000–₹1,80,000 + allowances (₹1,15,020/month approx.).

3. Deputy Manager (Machinery Outfit)

• Grade: E2
• Vacancy: 1 (UR)
• Pay Scale: ₹50,000–₹1,60,000 + allowances (₹95,850/month approx.).

4. Deputy Manager (Planning & Project Management)

• Grade: E2
• Vacancy: 1 (UR)
• Pay Scale: ₹50,000–₹1,60,000 + allowances (₹95,850/month approx.).

5. Deputy Manager (Hull)

• Grade: E2
• Vacancy: 1 (OBC)
• Pay Scale: ₹50,000–₹1,60,000 + allowances (₹95,850/month approx.).

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Assistant General Manager (Design)

• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years (relaxations as applicable).
• Educational Qualification:
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or Naval Architecture Engineering with 60% marks.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, and 3D ship design software like Neupas CADMATIC.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in shipbuilding, design, repair, or similar industries.
  • At least 5 years as a team lead or section head in shipyard projects.

2. Manager (Machinery)

• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
• Educational Qualification:
  • Degree in Mechanical, Naval Architecture, or Marine Engineering with 60% marks.
  • Desirable: Marine Engineer with Class 2 Certificate of Competency.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 9 years in shipbuilding, repair, or related industries, with experience in machinery outfitting/commissioning.

3. Deputy Manager (Machinery Outfit)

• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
• Educational Qualification:
  • Degree in Mechanical, Naval Architecture, or Marine Engineering with 60% marks.
  • Desirable: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, MS Office.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years in machinery outfitting/commissioning in shipbuilding or related fields.

4. Deputy Manager (Planning & Project Management)

• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
• Educational Qualification:
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Naval Architecture, or Marine Engineering with 60% marks.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years in planning and project management in shipbuilding or related industries.

5. Deputy Manager (Hull)

• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
• Educational Qualification:
  • Degree in Mechanical or Naval Architecture Engineering with 60% marks.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years in hull fabrication/erection or offshore platform construction.

3. Application Fee:
   • ₹1,000 for UR and OBC candidates (SC/ST candidates are exempted).

Selection Process

• Selection Stages:
  1. PowerPoint Presentation (10 minutes) on work experience.
  2. Group Discussion.
  3. Personal Interview.
• Evaluation Criteria:
  • Work Experience: 40 marks.
  • PowerPoint Presentation: 30 marks.
  • Group Discussion: 10 marks.
  • Personal Interview: 20 marks.
