Pay Scale and Benefits:
- Remuneration: Based on qualifications, experience, and market benchmarks.
- Allowances:
- Mobile reimbursement: ₹500/month
- Newspaper reimbursement: ₹425/month
- Petrol allowance: 25 liters/month
- Contract Period: 36 months, extendable annually based on performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Database SQL Developer
- Educational Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE/EEE
- OR MCA/M.Sc. (IT)
- OR equivalent qualification with at least 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in SQL development and database management.
- Hands-on experience in managing large-scale databases and query optimization.
2. Software Tester (Loan Management)
- Educational Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE/EEE
- OR MCA/M.Sc. (IT).
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in software testing.
- Familiarity with Loan Management Systems (LMS) is mandatory.
3. Product Implementation (LMS)
- Educational Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE/EEE
- OR MCA/M.Sc. (IT).
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in product implementation.
- Expertise in deploying and customizing LMS solutions.
4. IT Lead (UPI/BBPS/NPCI Products)
- Educational Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE/EEE
- OR MCA/M.Sc. (IT).
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 years in IT project management with specific experience in UPI, BBPS, or NPCI products.
5. IT Lead–Card Products
- Educational Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE/EEE
- OR MCA/M.Sc. (IT).
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 years in managing card-based products and services.
- Knowledge of payment gateways and related security protocols.
6. IT Lead–Reconciliation

- Minimum 6 years in reconciliation processes within banking/financial services.
7. Frontend Developer (UPI/BBPS)
