Selection Process:

The recruitment process involves three stages:

Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 85 Marks

• Subjects: Bengali, English, Mathematics, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, Clerical Aptitude
• Negative Marking: ¼ mark deducted per wrong answer
• Duration: 2 hours

Descriptive Written Test (DWT) – 50 Marks (Qualifying Only)

• Candidates in a 1:10 ratio (based on CBT scores) will be called for this test.
• Minimum 30% marks (15 out of 50) required to qualify.

Interview – 15 Marks

• Candidates in a 1:6 ratio (based on DWT performance) will be called.

Final merit list will be prepared based on CBT and Interview scores.
