WBPDCL Associate, Supervisor & Other Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the WBPDCL Associate, Supervisor & Other Vacancy 2025, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

1. Associates (Commissioning/E&M/Lab/Field)

• Diploma/degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, etc.)
• B.Sc. in Chemistry for Lab Associates

2. Supervisors (Electrical, Mines, Coal Handling, etc.)

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical or Mining Engineering
• Valid competency certificate (where applicable, especially for Mines Supervisors)

3. Consultants / Jr. & Dy. Consultants (HR / IR / Geology / Legal)

• MBA (HR) / MSW / PG in Personnel Management / LLB / M.Sc Geology (based on post)

4. Magazine-In-Charge / Assistant Magazine-In-Charge

• Valid Magazine License Holder (mandatory)
• 10th pass minimum (in some cases, higher qualification preferred)

Age Limit:

• Maximum Age: 63 years as on 01.04.2025

Experience:

• Minimum 1–20 years, depending on the post
