Walk-In-Interview for Specialist & PGMO Positions at ESIS Hospital, Solapur

ESIS Hospital, Solapur is conducting a walk-in interview for the recruitment of Specialists and PGMOs on a contractual basis. The positions available are for part-time/full-time specialist roles as well as for OPD, IPD, and casualty work.

Position Details:

Specialist Positions (Part-Time/Full-Time):

• Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM for OPD and IPD
• Date of Interview: 1st October 2024

PGMO Positions (For OPD, IPD, and Casualty Work):

Qualifications:

• M.B.B.S. with Post Graduate Degree from a recognized university.
• Junior Specialist Grade II: Minimum 3 years of experience post-PG.
• Senior Specialist Grade II: Minimum 5 years of experience post-PG.

Age Requirements (As of 1st October 2024):

• Part-Time Specialists:
  Should be less than 69 years of age.
• Full-Time Specialists:
  Should be less than 69 years of age.
• PGMO (Postgraduate Medical Officer):
  Should be less than 37 years of age, relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

Duty Timings:

• Part-Time Specialists:
  6 days a week with 24-hour availability for emergency charges.
• Full-Time Specialists:
  24 hours duty.
• PGMO:
  24 hours duty.

Leave Policy:

Part-Time Specialists/Full-Time Specialists/PGMO

• No leave entitlement.

Private Practice:

• Part-Time Specialists:
  Private practice is allowed.
• Full-Time Specialists/PGMO:
  Private practice is not allowed.

Selection Procedure:

• Applications are to be submitted in the prescribed proforma.
• Selection will be made based on the interview conducted by a duly constituted selection committee.
• The final selection will be based purely on performance during the personal interview.

Remuneration:

For Part-Time Specialist:

• Without opting for emergency charges or additional hours:
  ₹60,000/- per month.
• If opted for emergency charges:
  ₹60,000/- plus ₹15,000/- per month.
• For additional hours:
  ₹800/- for every additional hour.

For Full-Time Specialist:

• Junior Specialist Grade II (3 years post-PG experience):
  ₹1,06,000/- per month.
• Senior Specialist Grade II (5 years post-PG experience):
  ₹1,23,000/- per month.

For PGMO (Postgraduate Medical Officer):

• ₹85,000/- per month.

Professional Indemnity Policy:

To convert the professional liability falling on the specialists due to errors or omissions while rendering professional services, the minimum sum assured must be:

• ₹20 Lakhs for all surgeons.
• ₹10 Lakhs for all non-surgeons.

Interview Details:

• Date & Time: 1st October 2024, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Venue: Office of the Medical Superintendent, ESIS Hospital, Hotgi Road, Solapur – 413003.

General Conditions:

a) Interview Process: Candidates are required to bring original certificates along with two sets of photocopies. Documents required include:

• Matriculation Certificate for age proof.
• Proof of Educational Qualification (MMC/MCI Registration).
• Caste Certificate/Non-Creamy Layer Certificate.
• Two passport-sized photographs.

b) No TA/DA: No travel or dearness allowance will be provided for attending the interview or joining.

c) Temporary Appointment: The appointment will be on a temporary basis. Candidates will have no claims for permanent service or any related benefits such as PF, pension, gratuity, medical allowances, seniority, or promotion.

d) Terms & Conditions: Other terms and conditions will be as per the guidelines issued by the Maharashtra Government and the competent authority. These may be updated from time to time.

e) Contract Period: The appointment is on a contractual basis for a maximum period of 364 days.

f) Verification and Fitness: The selected candidate will be responsible for providing police verification and a medical fitness certificate before joining.

g) Recruitment Process: MH-ESIS reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without providing a reason. The decision will be final and binding on all concerned.

h) Termination of Contract: The contractual engagement can be terminated by either party with one month’s prior notice, without needing to provide any specific reason.

i) Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Marathi Language.
• Computer Handling skills are essential.

j) OBC Category: Candidates claiming reservation under the OBC category must submit the latest Non-Creamy Layer Certificate along with a self-declaration.

k) Agreement: Selected candidates must sign an agreement of the terms and conditions on a stamp paper worth ₹100/- before joining. The stamp paper should be purchased by the candidate.
