The UPSC invites applications for the position of Section Officer (SO)/Grade B Officer through the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE). This role is crucial for the efficient functioning of various departments and involves significant administrative responsibilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Must be a graduate from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of regular service in the grade of Assistant or equivalent in the respective cadre.
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years as of the closing date of application. Age relaxation as per government norms.

Selection Process:

• Written Examination: Candidates will undergo a written test comprising multiple-choice questions and descriptive papers.
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the written examination will be called for an interview.
