The Uttar Pradesh Combined Agriculture and Technology Entrance Test (UPCATET) 2025 invites online applications for admission to UG, PG, and Ph.D. agriculture & technology courses across top agricultural universities in Uttar Pradesh. Eligible candidates can apply online from 17 March 2025 to 7 May 2025. The online exam will be conducted on 11 June 2025 (UG) & 12 June 2025 (Master’s & Ph.D.).

Uttar Pradesh Agriculture Entrance Exam 2025 Overview:

UPCATET Eligibility Criteria:

• Domicile Requirement: Candidates must be residents of Uttar Pradesh or have studied in the state for at least five years. ​

• Educational Qualifications:

  • For Undergraduate Programs: Completion of 10+2 with relevant subjects (e.g., PCM/PCB/PCMB/Agricultural Science) with a minimum of 60% marks. 

  • For Postgraduate Programs: Bachelor’s degree in the respective field with required minimum marks.​

• Age Limit:

  • B.V.Sc. & A.H. Program: 17 to 25 years as of December 31, 2025 (relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates). 

  • Other UG Programs: 16 to 22 years as of December 31, 2025 (relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates).

UPCATET 2025 Exam Pattern:

• Mode of Exam: Offline (Pen and Paper-based)​

• Duration: 3 Hours​

• Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

• Total Questions: 200

• Total Marks: 600​

• Marking Scheme: +3 for correct answer, -1 for incorrect answer

Utter Pradesh CATET (UPCATET) Application Form Fee:

• General/OBC/EWS: ₹1,350​

• SC/ST/Female Candidates: ₹1,100​
