Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) conducts the Polytechnic Entrance Exam 2025 for admission into government, aided, and private polytechnic institutes across Uttar Pradesh. The exam will be conducted online from May 20 to May 28, 2025, and applications are open until April 30, 2025.

JEECUP Exam 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for JEECUP Polytechnic Admission 2025, candidates must possess the following:

• Educational Qualification: 10th, 12th or ITI pass depending on a course group
• Minimum Marks: Generally 35% aggregate in qualifying exam
• Age Limit: Minimum 14 years as of July 1, 2025
• Special Reservation: Available for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Divyang & girls under various state schemes.

Below are the courses offered by JEECUP under the following groups:

• Group A: Engineering & Technology (10th pass)
• Group B to I: Agriculture, Fashion, Home Science, Library Science, and more
• Group E1 & E2: Pharmacy (12th with PCM/B)
• Group K1 to K8: Lateral Entry (For ITI holders)
• Group L: Postgraduate Diploma in Biotechnology
• Group K: Working professionals (Special admission)

• Mode: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
• Type: Objective (MCQs)
• Total Questions: 100
• Duration: 2.5 Hours
• Languages: English & Hindi
• Marking Scheme: +4 for correct, no negative marking
