Union Bank of India Apprentice Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to apply for the apprenticeship:

Educational Qualification Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or institute, obtained on or after April 1, 2021.
Age Limit Minimum: 20 years
Maximum: 28 years
Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
Nationality Must be a citizen of India.
Language Proficiency Proficiency in the local language of the state/UT applied for is mandatory. Candidates should be able to read, write, and speak the local language fluently.
Other Requirements Candidates should not have undergone any apprenticeship training earlier or have work experience of one year or more after graduation.

Union Bank of India Apprentice Recruitment Selection Process

The selection process for the Union Bank of India Apprentice Recruitment 2025 comprises the following stages:

  1. Online Examination: An objective-type test assessing candidates’ knowledge in General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, and Computer Knowledge. The exam consists of 100 questions, each carrying one mark, to be completed in 60 minutes.

  2. Local Language Proficiency Test: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the local language of the state/UT they are applying for. This may involve reading, writing, and speaking assessments.

  3. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be required to produce original documents supporting their educational qualifications, age, and other eligibility criteria.

  4. Medical Examination: Candidates must undergo a medical fitness test to ensure they are fit for the apprenticeship program.

Union Bank Online form Application Process

1. Registration on Apprenticeship Portal (NATS)

  • Candidates must first register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal:
     https://nats.education.gov.in
  • This step is mandatory for candidates who have passed their graduation on or after 01-Apr-2021.

2. Apply for Apprenticeship Opportunity

  • After registering on NATS, log in and apply for the Union Bank of India Apprenticeship advertisement under
    “Apply Against Advertised Vacancies” on the NATS portal.

3. Keep Note of Your Enrollment ID

  • After successful application, note your NATS Enrolment ID for future reference.

4. Additional Details Submission & Fee Payment

  • Candidates who successfully applied on NATS will receive an email from BFSI SSC
    (📧 info@bfsissc.com).
  • In the email, you must:
    • Provide details like Category, PWBD status, and preferred districts for training.
    • Pay the online examination fee through debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI.

5. Payment Confirmation

  • After successful payment, an e-receipt will be sent to your registered email.
  • If the transaction fails, retry using the email received from BFSI SSC.
