Udupi Cochin Shipyard Limited (UCSL) has announced 18 vacancies for the post of supervisor under the UCSL Recruitment 2025 notification. Eligible candidates can apply online for the UCSL Supervisor vacancy from April 21, 2025, to May 12, 2025.

UCSL Supervisor Vacancy 2025 Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 18 vacant posts under the UCSL Recruitment 2025 Notification for the following categories:

UCSL Supervisor Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the UCSL Supervisor vacancy 2025, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

Mechanical Supervisor:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR ITI in Welding/Sheet Metal/Fitter/Plumber

Electrical Supervisor:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering OR ITI in Electrical/Electronics trades

Painting Supervisor:

• B.Sc. in Chemistry, OR Diploma in Engineering, OR ITI in any trade

HSE Supervisor:

• Diploma in Engineering + 1-Year Diploma in Industrial Safety

Age Limit (As on 12 May 2025)

• Maximum Age: 45 years
• Relaxation:
  • OBC: 3 years
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: As per Govt. norms (up to 50 years max.)

Selection Process for UCSL Supervisors:

1. Phase I—Written Test:

   • Objective Test (20 Marks) – 25 mins
     • GK, English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude (5 questions each)
   • Descriptive Test (60 Marks) – 2 hours
     • Subject-specific questions

2. Phase II—PowerPoint Presentation (20 Marks):

   • 10-minute presentation on work experience

• SC/ST/PwBD: Exempted
