UCSL Deputy Manager Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the UCSL Deputy Manager Vacancy 2025, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

• Planning/Machinery & Piping/Mechanical/Electrical: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 60% marks + 7 years relevant experience
• Human Resources: MBA in HR with 60% marks + 7 years in HR/IR
• Information Technology: B.E./B.Tech or Master’s in CS/IT/MCA with 60% marks + 7 years relevant experience

Age Limit (as on 23 June 2025):

• Maximum Age: 40 years

UCSL Deputy Manager Selection Process:

The selection process for deputy manager consists of the following stages:

1. Scrutiny of Applications

2. PowerPoint Presentation (Work Experience—30 marks)

3. Group Discussion (10 marks)

4. Personal Interview (20 marks)

5. Work Experience Evaluation (40 marks)
