Educational Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Graduation degree with:

- Professional certification in Financial Risk Management from the Global Association of Risk Professionals, or
- Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute

- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter from CFA Institute, or
- Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or equivalent abroad, or
- Cost and Management Accountant designation from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India or equivalent abroad

- Experience:
- Mandatory: Five years of experience in corporate credit and risk management at the level of Assistant General Manager or above in one or more Public Sector Banks (PSBs) or similar roles in regulated lending entities, with at least one year in corporate credit and one year in risk management.
- Desirable: Good understanding of market risk, liquidity management, and operational risk, with exposure to analytics being an added advantage.
Term:
Contract basis for three years, with the possibility of extension for up to two additional years based on performance.
Remuneration & Perquisites:
Market-linked and negotiable.
Expiry of Contract:
Automatically expires after three years unless renewed. Can be terminated by either side with 30 days’ notice or salary in lieu thereof.
Mode of Selection:
1. Screening and Shortlisting: Applications will be preliminarily screened and shortlisted based on qualifications, suitability, and experience.
2. Interview Process:
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- There may be a two-tier interview process depending on the number of applications. Only candidates shortlisted in the first level of the interview will be eligible for the final interview.
- Final selection will be based on eligibility, experience, qualifications, and performance during the interview.
- The interview will be conducted by a committee constituted for this purpose.
3. Note: Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee an interview call. The bank reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason and will call only the requisite number of candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria.
Nationality/Citizenship:
- A candidate must be:
- A Citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal, or
- A subject of Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
- Candidates from categories (ii), (iii), (iv), and (v) must have a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India. Such candidates may be admitted to the examination/interview, but the final offer of appointment will be given only after the necessary eligibility certificate is submitted to the bank.
