Vacancy Details:

Contract and Remuneration:

• Tenure: Initially for 3 years, extendable based on performance.
• Remuneration: Competitive package as per qualifications and market standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. Mandatory:
   • B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology or MCA from a recognized university/institution.
2. Desirable:
   • MBA from a recognized institution.
   • Certifications in areas like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Digital Banking, Product Management, or Analytics will be preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Banking/Financial Sector IT or Digital Banking.
• At least 5 years in leading digital transformation or Fintech initiatives.
• Strong expertise in emerging digital technologies like AI/ML, digital lending, cloud computing, and data analytics.

Citizenship:

• Must be an Indian citizen or fulfill conditions under categories mentioned in the official advertisement.

Age Limit:

• Minimum: 35 years
• Maximum: 50 years (as of December 1, 2024)

Selection Process:

1. Shortlisting:
   • Applications will be shortlisted based on eligibility, experience, and qualifications.
2. Personal Interview:
   • Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
3. Final Selection:
   • Based on performance in the interview and suitability for the role.
