University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS), University of Delhi, invites online applications from qualified candidates for the position of Senior Demonstrators/Senior Residents in various departments of the College. This is a 3-year tenure position under the Residency Scheme approved by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India (GOI). The positions offer opportunities for advanced medical training in a wide range of medical disciplines.

Qualifications:

1. Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in the relevant specialty.
   • For the departments of Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, and Microbiology, candidates with M.Sc. (Medical) in the concerned subject can also apply.
   • In case no suitable postgraduate candidate is available in a specialty, candidates without a postgraduate qualification may also be considered.
2. Candidates holding MBBS qualification only are eligible for certain posts.

Pay Scale:

1. For candidates with PG Degree/Diploma (Medical Qualification):
   • Level 11 in the Pay Matrix (₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700) as per CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016.
2. For candidates with MBBS qualification only:
   • Level 10 in the Pay Matrix (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500).
3. For candidates with Non-Medical Qualification:
   • Level 7 in the Pay Matrix (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400).
   • All applicable allowances will be provided.

Age Limit:

• The upper age limit for Senior Demonstrator/Senior Resident is 40 years.
• Relaxation in age will be provided for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per Government of India rules.

Application Fee:

• General/OBC/EWS: ₹500
• SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates: Exempted from fee payment.
