• Pay Scale: ₹5,700 – ₹24,000/- per month

Educational Qualifications

• Essential:
  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance/Chartered Accountancy (CA)/Cost Accountancy/LLB, or Company Secretary (CS) from a UGC-recognized university or AICTE-approved institution.

Other Requirements:

• A Permanent Resident Certificate of Tripura would be required while applying for this job.
• Knowledge of Bengali or Kokborok is desirable.

Age Limit (as of 10th April 2025)

• Maximum Age: 40 years

Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms for SC, ST, and PWD candidates.

Tripura PSC Research Officer Selection Process:

The selection process for a research officer includes the following steps:

1. Written Examination (MCQ-Based)
   Total Marks: 90
   Duration: 2 hours
2. Interview (10 marks)

Candidates must qualify in the written examination to be eligible for the interview.
