Assistant Medical Officer Salary Range: ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500/- per month

TN MRB Assistant Medical Officer Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for assistant medical officer under MRB Tamil Nadu recruitment, candidates must possess the following:

1. Educational Qualifications

Candidates must have the following qualifications based on their respective disciplines:

• Assistant Medical Officer (Siddha):
  • BSMS Degree awarded by Dr. M.G.R. Medical University or any recognized institution.
• Assistant Medical Officer (Ayurveda):
  • BAMS degree from a recognized university.
• Assistant Medical Officer (Unani):
  • BUMS Degree from a recognized university.

For all three posts candidates-

• Must be registered with the Central Board of Indian Medicine / Tamil Nadu Board of Indian Medicine.

2. Age Limit (As of 01 July 2025)

• SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBC&DNCs, BCs, and BCMs (Including Ex-Servicemen): Maximum Age: 59 Years
• Others: Maximum Age: 37 Years
• Ex-Servicemen (Others): Maximum Age: 50 Years

TN MRB Assistant Medical Officer Selection Process:

The selection process for an assistant medical officer under MRB Tamilnadu Recruitment 2025 will be based on:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT)

   • The exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
   • Duration: 2 Hours
   • Minimum qualifying marks:
     • SC/SCA/ST: 30%
     • Others: 35%

2. Certificate Verification

   • Shortlisted candidates must provide original documents during the verification process.
