MAHA Metro Recruitment 2025 Notification: The Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MAHA Metro) is recruiting for 06 Posts of Chief Project Manager, General Manager, Manager and Assistant Manager at its ongoing metro projects in Nagpur, Thane, and Navi Mumbai. These posts are offered on a contract or deputation basis for a period of five years.

MAHA Metro Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

1. Chief Project Manager (Civil/Coordination) – E7:

• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 19 years in Metro Rail/Railway PSUs or relevant fields
• Age Limit: Maximum 55 years

2. General Manager (HR) – E7:

• Educational Qualification: MBA (HR) or Master’s in Personnel Management
• Experience: 19 years in HR-related roles
• Age Limit: Maximum 55 years

3. Manager (HR) – E2:

• Educational Qualification: MBA (HR) or Master’s in Personnel Management
• Experience: 4 years in HR-related roles
• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years

4. Manager (Civil/Track) – E2:

• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 4 years in Civil Works for Metro projects
• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years

5. Assistant Manager (HR) – E1:

• Educational Qualification: MBA (HR) or Master’s in Personnel Management
• Experience: 5 years in Supervisory HR roles
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years

6. Assistant Manager (Civil/Contracts) – E1:

• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 5 years in Civil & Contract Management
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years

MAHA Metro Recruitment 2025 Selection Process:

The selection process includes:

• Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
• Document Verification: Candidates need to bring original documents for verification during the interview.
• Medical Examination: Selected candidates will undergo a medical fitness test as per MAHA Metro’s medical standards.
