The Telangana Education Common Entrance Test (TG EdCET 2025) is conducted by Kakatiya University, Warangal, on behalf of TGCHE, for admission into a 2-year B.Ed. Regular Course in colleges of education across Telangana State. Eligible candidates can apply online from March 12, 2025, to May 13, 2025. The TS EdCET 2025 exam will be conducted on June 1, 2025.

TG EdCET Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for Telangana EdCET (TS EdCET) 2025, candidates should possess the following:

• Nationality: Indian citizen

• Age Limit: Must be 19 years or older as of July 1, 2025 (no upper age limit)

• Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com/BCA/BBM/BBA/etc.) with minimum 50% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST/BC/PwD)

  • B.E./B. Tech with Mathematics and Science can apply to respective methodologies

  • Candidates with professional degrees like MBBS, LLB, B.Pharm, etc., are not eligible.

• Mode: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
• Type: Objective (MCQs)
• Duration: 2 hours
• Total Questions: 150
• Total Marks: 150
• No Negative Marking
