Vacancy & Pay Scale:

Applications are invited for a total of 05 vacant posts.

• Pay Scale: ₹29,200 per month

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Essential:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or Science or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Proficiency in computers, especially MS Word and Excel.

Skill Requirements:

• Typing Speed:
  • English Shorthand: 80 words per minute
  • English Typing Speed: 20 words per minute
• Candidates must have good knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and formatting.

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 37 years as of January 1, 2025
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST/OBC: 5 years
  • PwD: 10 years

Selection Process:

1. Shorthand and Typing Test:
   • Candidates will be tested for their shorthand and typing speeds.
   • Errors in the transcription will be penalized.
2. Document Verification:
   • Shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification.
3. Final Merit List:
   • Selection will be based on performance in the shorthand and typing test and document verification.

   • Duly filled application form.
   • Self-attested copies of:
     • Educational certificates and mark sheets.
     • Proof of date of birth (Matriculation certificate).
     • Caste certificate (if applicable).
     • Domicile certificate (if required).
     • Two recent passport-sized photographs.
