UPSC Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

• Dangerous Goods Inspector

  • Qualification: A degree in any discipline + relevant experience
  • Age Limit: 40 years

• Assistant Professor (Chemistry)

  • Qualification:
    • Master’s Degree in Chemistry with 55% marks
    • Must have cleared NET/SLET/SET or hold a Ph.D. as per UGC regulations
  • Age Limit: 35 years

• Assistant Professor (Commerce)

  • Qualification:
    • Master’s Degree in Commerce with 55% marks
    • Must have cleared NET/SLET/SET or hold a Ph.D.
  • Age Limit: 40 years

• Assistant Professor (Computer Science)

  • Qualification:
    • Master’s Degree in Computer Science with 55% marks
    • Must have cleared NET/SLET/SET or hold a Ph.D.
  • Age Limit: 38 years

• Assistant Professor (English)

  • Qualification:
    • Master’s Degree in English with 55% marks
    • Must have cleared the NET – English
  • Age Limit: 35 years

UPSC Recruitment 2025 Selection Process:

• Screening of Applications:

  • The applications submitted online will be reviewed to check if candidates meet the required educational qualifications, age limit, and experience as per the UPSC notification.

• Written Examination (if applicable):

  • For some posts, UPSC may conduct a written test to shortlist candidates for further rounds.
  • The test will assess subject knowledge, general awareness, and reasoning abilities.

• Personal Interview:

  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview conducted by the UPSC selection committee.
  • The interview will evaluate the candidate’s subject knowledge, teaching/research experience (for Assistant Professors), and problem-solving abilities.
