SAIL Consultant Recruitment 2025 Notification: The Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for 05 posts of Consultants (Sports Coach) on a contractual basis for the Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP). Educational Qualification:

Candidates must possess:

• A Diploma or higher degree in Sports Coaching from Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports (NSNIS).
• Additional preference will be given to medal winners or participants in National/International Sports Events.

Experience:

• A minimum of 15 years of coaching experience in the relevant sports discipline.
• Specific certifications/licenses as required for the respective sports discipline.

Age Limit:

• The upper age limit for applicants is 64 years as of March 6, 2025.

Pay Scale:

The pay scale for the SAIL Consultant Recruitment 2025 is detailed below.

Diploma or higher degree in Sports Coaching- Rs. 28,000/-

Medal winner/Participant in National Sports Events- 32000/-

Medal winner/Participant in International Sports Events- 36000/-
