The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Northern Railway, has announced 23 vacancies for the Group C & D posts under the RRC Northern Railway Scouts & Guides Recruitment 2025 notification. The RRC NR Group C & D Notification 2025 is released on May 21, 2025. Eligible candidates can apply online for the RRC NR Group C & D vacancy from May 22, 2025, to June 22, 2025.

RRC NR Group C & D Vacancy 2025 Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 23 vacant posts under the RRC NR Group C & D Notification 2025 for the following categories:

• Group C: 5 posts

• Group D: 18 posts

RRC NR Group C & D Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the RRC Northern Railway Group C & D Vacancy 2025, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

• Group C: 12th pass or its equivalent with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

• Group D: 10th pass or ITI or equivalent.

Age Limit:

• Group C: 18 to 30 years

• Group D: 18 to 33 years

Scouting/Guiding Qualifications:

• A President’s Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger or Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder in any section. OR

• Active member of a Scouts organization for the last 5 years. OR

• Should have attended two events at National level or All India Railways’ level and two events at State level.

RRC Northern Railway Group C & D Selection Process:

The selection process for Group C & D posts under the Scouts & Guides involves the following stages:

• Written Examination (60 marks)

• Assessment of Scouting/Guiding Skills (40 marks)

• Document Verification

RRC NR Group C & D Application Form 2025 Fee:

• General/OBC: ₹500/-

• SC/ST/Women/Minorities/Economically Backward Classes: ₹250/-
