The Punjab and Haryana High Court has released the Stenographer Grade-III Recruitment Notification 2025. The Society for Centralized Recruitment of Staff in Subordinate Courts (SSSC) is inviting applications for 419 posts of Stenographer Grade-III (English) in the Subordinate Courts of Haryana. Eligible candidates can apply online from April 07, 2025, to May 05, 2025.

Punjab & Haryana High Court English Stenographer Vacancy 2025 Details:

Applications are invited for a total of 419 vacant posts under the Punjab & Haryana High Court Recruitment 2025 Notification.

Punjab & Haryana High Court English Stenographer Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or Science from a recognized university.
• Proficiency in computers (word processing & spreadsheets).
• Hindi/Sanskrit as a subject in Matriculation or higher education is mandatory.

Age Limit (As of 01.01.2025):

• General: 18 to 42 years
• SC/BC/OBC (Punjab): 18 to 47 years
• PwBD: Up to 52 years
• Government employees: Up to 45 years

Punjab & Haryana High Court Stenographer Selection Process:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT)—60 Marks, 1 hour
   • No negative marking
2. English Shorthand & Transcription Test
   • 80 WPM dictation, 20 WPM typing
3. Spreadsheet Test
   • 10-minute test, Qualifying in nature (Minimum 40% to pass)
