UCO Bank Professionals Eligibility Criteria:

Treasury Advisor

• Experience: 15+ years in banking/financial services; 5+ years in senior treasury roles.
• Previous Role: Head/In Charge of Treasury Operations at the GM Level or Equivalent.

Chief Risk Officer

• Essential Qualification:
  • FRM (GARP) / PRM (PRMIA) / 2 years as CRO in the regulated lender
• Experience: 5 years in corporate credit/risk roles at AGM the AGM level or higher.

Chief Technology Officer

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.
• Experience: 15+ years in IT for banking/finance, including 5 years in senior management.

Company Secretary

• Essential: Member of ICSI.
• Experience: 12+ years in a listed entity (preferably a bank/NBFC/financial institution).
